Konica Minolta Professional Services is the technology solutions, services and education division and sets the standard in office automation service delivery and solution offering.

By partnering with leading international suppliers, KMPS is able to stay abreast with international trends and technology developments, and make these developments available to their customers. New products are thoroughly tested locally by the KMPS technology division and only once they have passed all tests will a product be eligible to be considered as part of the INFORMETA range.

Customers are uniquely assessed and comprehensive solutions are tailored to meet each customer’s rapidly changing needs. KMPS makes it their business to help customers find a solution that best suits them and proposes the right product, at the right location, for the right need. The Right proposal is done by consulting available products or by developing a solution through the Software Development team.

Through the extensive testing stage, the technology division develops an intimate understanding of each product and is able to provide expert technical advice to customers, sales and services staff. The technology division, together with the KMPS service engineers, ensure customers receive unparallel after-sales support and optimal solutions delivery.

Through the KMSA Academy, a structured, managed learnership, training is able to include international certifications, product-related training and soft skills, enabling staff with the equipment to make dealing with KMSA a professional WOW experience.
