Effective workflow management with Konica Minolta’s Printgroove POD

Bidvest company, Konica Minolta South Africa is pleased to announce its support of an all women cycling team for the 2010 season, set to be one of the most challenging and competitive yet, showing its backing and investment in this growing aspect of the sport.

"Ladies’ cycling is currently gaining hugely in popularity and, as local cycling’s oldest sponsor, Konica Minolta South Africa is proud to be associated with such a strong, balanced team," explains Konica Minolta South Africa MD, Alan Griffith.

Dubbed "Team bizhub", one of the most exciting facets of this year’s team is the joining of a number of international riders, including the current Swiss and Norwegian national champions, Jennifer Hohl and Linn Torpe, and the UK’s Catherine Williamson, who was placed fourth in her national championships in 2009.

Team bizhub also features nine top national members, counting one of South Africa’s most well known female cyclists and former Pick ’n Pay 94.7 Cycle Challenge champion, Yolandi du Toit, junior national champion Michelle Corbett, MTN Series overall winner, Ischen Stopforth, Arien Tortius, one of only a few South African cyclists to have raced on UCI teams in Europe and Italy, a rising local star, Jade Roberts, and Catherine Williamson, who is mainly based overseas, making her a great asset to the team, amongst these.
"As South Africa’s favourite brand, Konica Minolta South Africa has high expectations of the Team bizhub squad and we look forward to the successes that each member will bring to the team this year," adds Griffith.
Says Team bizhub owner, John Robertson: "In a relationship that has spanned more than a decade, we decided, along with Konica Minolta South Africa, that it was time for a change. We needed a young, fresh approach for an established setup and firmly believe that the next world champion will come from Team bizhub.

"Not only is there great depth of experience within the squad, but the members work well together and we feel that, given these dynamics, each rider will have the opportunity to excel."
